Please call our office at 770-449-6785 and speak with the Director of Operations. IF your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may initiate a formal grievance in writing. You can expect a written or verbal response within five (5) days of receipt of complaint, investigation pending. You can expect written notification of the results of our investigation and response with 14 calendar days.
