Hi-Tech Healthcare aquired the Oxygen Store in Rome, GA and Oxygen and More with locations in Ringgold, GA and Soddy Daisy, TN.
The aquistion expands our service to seven locations with more than 100 employees.
The synergies created will allow both Hi-Tech and The Oxygen Store to focus on the Hi-Tech respiratory services and also our managed care contract for Georgia and now Tennessee.
